The Kid Min is a high-energy, creative, relational, and presence-driven ministry of Journey Church. We have a part-time Kid Min assistant to help with the babies - 1 st grade so that the Kid Min pastor can focus on the 2nd-5th grade aspect of the ministry. Currently, we are running on average over 80 kids and have a great Kid Min team. We are looking for someone who can help our kids encounter the presence and power of Jesus, create outreach events for families in our community, and help shepherd families of the kids who attend.

Our next youth pastor at Freedom Christian will serve as the vision caster and champion of the church’s middle school and high school students- recruiting, training, and shepherding volunteers in fulfilling God’s plans for our Remix student ministries. We are looking for a leader who has the passion, creativity, wisdom, and maturity to connect with our local campuses and create a spiritually healthy community for high school and middle school students.

Requirements: Degree or 5+ years full-time employed experience in youth ministry. Significant experience with establishing campus relationships and campus outreach.
Track record of vibrant, impactful, and growing youth ministry. Ability to build relationships with parents and students alike. Highly relational and faithful to the development of community and life-long friendships. Must have or be pursuing ministerial credentials with the General Council of the Assemblies of God.
