We are looking to hire an Associate Pastor with an emphasis on children's ministry. This position would lead our Sunday morning Children's Ministry and our Wednesday Night Royal Rangers and Girls Ministries. This is a part time position with a part time salary. The expectation is 15 hours a week of church related work and bi-vocation is encouraged. This job does come with housing. We have a 2-bedroom, 1-bath home that is next door to the church. Ann Arbor Assembly of God (A3OG) is a thriving church looking to hire a part time children’s pastor. On any given Sunday we have 25-30 children in our nursery through kids (12 year old) classes. We are looking for the right person to come and coordinate, train, and equip our group of faithful volunteers to minister in a healthy Spirit filled way.
The position would also require teaching the kids class (6-12 year old) on Sunday mornings during the main service in the sanctuary.
We would also like to expand our Wednesday night class volunteers and offerings as we have opportunities for growth.
Minimum qualifications are a passion for children to grow in their faith and spiritual gifts, Spirit filled, 1-2 years of experience in children’s ministry, hold or be in pursuit of
Certified credential with the Assemblies of God.
The position is an hourly position with hours ranging from 10-15 per week to be agreed upon at hiring. Pay will be commensurate with experience and credentials.

Ann Arbor Assembly of God (A3OG) is a thriving church looking to hire a part time youth pastor. We have an AMAZING group of teens that come weekly to our Wednesday night service. They are on fire for Jesus and are sharing the love of Jesus in their schools. We are looking for the right person to come and minister to them to help them grow in their faith and help them navigate their teenage years in a Godly way. The position would involve teaching on Wednesday nights, discipling students 1 on 1 or in small groups, attending extracurricular activities when the students are performing or playing, organizing and accompanying a group to youth camp, organizing and accompanying a group to Youth Convention,

Motivation
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Staff Leadership - Lead teams and keep them accountable for quality student ministry; Regular evaluations and feedback of student ministries;
Recommendation of change areas to Lead Pastor
Team Leadership - Strategic Planning / Overall Direction of student ministries; Provide leadership in formulating a strategy for the future.
Ministries - Weekly services; Special events
Financial - Provide leadership for spending in all areas of the budget associated with areas of responsibility
Staff Meetings - an hour on the phone every other week. The phone call is whenever everyone
can join in.
Building - Setup and cleanup youth hut for services
Hours - It is expected that he/she will work as necessary to deliver quality service to the student ministries of the Mason AG church body
Other - It is expected that he/she will keep the Lead Pastor appraised of ongoing developments and progress in the church.
RELATIONSHIPS:
He/she will report directly to the Lead Pastor and will work with associate pastors and other high leaders

At Life Church in St Helen, we EXIST to Love God & Love People! We are a growing family of believers who desperately desire what's real and true!
