Aaron Hlavin, MMN Superintendent
In 1998, Aaron Hlavin embarked on his journey to answer God’s call to the ministry as he accepted a youth pastorate at Warren Assembly of God (later renamed Freedom Christian). He and Jaime served together in that church for 23 years in various roles, with the last 13 years serving as Lead Pastor. They loved their multi-site congregation deeply and served the community through the work of the church.
Additionally, during his years in ministry, Aaron has served as Youth Camp Director, Michigan Speed the Light Director, Section Presbyter, Executive Presbyter, various boards and is a member of a speaker’s bureau for an international mission’s organization.
In 2021, they continued to answer God’s call as Aaron was elected to the role of Superintendent of the Assemblies of God, Michigan Ministry Network. They look forward to all that the Lord has in store for this Network of leaders and churches. He additionally serves on various boards around the country as well as the AG US Missions Board.
Aaron and Jaime have two daughters, and love to serve pastors and leaders.

Dr. Terry Yancey, Project Rescue Ambassador
Terry and Karen Yancey have ministered together for more than 44 years. These years have involved assignments as youth pastor, lead pastors at two different local churches, DYD in Kansas, and then 25 years in executive leadership. Terry served as Network Superintendent and Karen led the Women’s Ministries Department, the Network of Women Ministers, and pioneered the Network Development Department.
This couple eagerly welcome opportunities to encourage leaders. They love to coach, consult, pray with, and assist leaders in gaining clarity on their “next steps.” They enjoy opportunities to share “life on life” with fellow apprentices of Jesus to gain wisdom from one another through the highs and lows of ministry life. Additionally, they both actively fulfill their divine call to preach and teach the Word.
After 25 years in office, in 2024, Terry stepped away from superintendency to take “next-new steps” with Karen in life and ministry. Terry now ministers primarily as an ambassador for Project Rescue – an AGWM ministry that operates globally to rescue and restore women and children victimized by sexual exploitation and trafficking. Additionally, as part of a Pastoral Care Team, he provides pastoral support to “boots on the ground” AGWM missionaries around the world.
The Yanceys have three married children – all in ministry leadership roles – and eight extraordinary grandchildren.
