The Kid Min is a high-energy, creative, relational, and presence-driven ministry of Journey Church. We have a part-time Kid Min assistant to help with the babies - 1 st grade so that the Kid Min pastor can focus on the 2nd-5th grade aspect of the ministry. Currently, we are running on average over 80 kids and have a great Kid Min team. We are looking for someone who can help our kids encounter the presence and power of Jesus, create outreach events for families in our community, and help shepherd families of the kids who attend.

Planning our monthly prayer and worship Wednesday night service. Planning any additional events or special occasions where praise and worship will take place.
Discipling and raising up worship leaders.
Attending church services regularly, participating in church activities and religious study, exhibiting a good balance between work and family involvement, and having a desire to personally grow and mature in the Lord.
